Fourth-grade students in Mrs. Wiltse’s classroom put on their “writing lenses” to review peers’ papers.

On Saturday, October 14, students from West, Elmwood, and SPMS attended an ILMEA District Elementary Music Festival.

Fourth-grade students at West Elementary enjoyed listening to published author Lindsey Frank on Friday, October 13.

The West Wildcat’s YLT meeting, held in the school library, was standing room only.

West students enjoyed breaking down and looking at the parts of computer systems during their Tech classes.

Students were welcomed back to West Elementary to start a great 2023-2024 school year.

Guided Language Acquisition Design (GLAD) trainers from Dual Language Education of New Mexico (DLeNM) joined East and West faculty Tuesday, June 13, and Wednesday, June 14, to research and develop additional dual language strategies for the classroom.
